CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene (Basic Food Hygiene)

This course is planned primarily to provide a basic understanding of the requirements of HACCP regulations and the process of Food Safety Management System Certification by a third party certification body. This is recommended as a first step for personnel who are likely to be involved in HACCP project implementation. However, these one-day sessions are also useful for Senior Management and other personnel who need to have a broad appreciation of the regulations.  This course will be conducted for selected personnel of the organization.  The number of maximum participants is limited to fifteen per session.

CIEH Intermediate Certificate in Food Safety

A three-day detailed course specifically planned for personnel who will be involved in the monitoring and implementation of the HACCP system. This 3 day training course is designed to introduce the documentation requirements of HACCP and to ensure that all delegates are given sufficient information to enable them to understand HACCP manual and associated implementation.

Interactive learning techniques and case studies will be used to emphasise key features of the subject.
